As president of mortgage banking for Lument, Tyler Griffin is responsible for overseeing the company’s entire loan production and debt capital markets businesses. She manages operations across all loan platforms, supports our technology initiatives, and plays a key role in rolling out Lument’s growth strategy.

Prior to Lument, Tyler was chief operating officer (COO) at predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital, having previously served as COO at Dwight Capital, which she established as an FHA/MAP lender with GNMA servicing capabilities. Before that, she was senior director and head of FHA programs at Capital One Multifamily Finance after serving as vice president at Beech Street Capital.

Tyler graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in economics and financial economics from Vanderbilt University. She was a two-time All-American goalkeeper on the school’s women’s soccer team and an inductee in the Vanderbilt Hall of Fame.
